ISO 22000 Food Safety Management Systems (ISO 22000)

We ensure that we meet the highly regarded ISO 22000 certification standards set by TV Nord, Germany. An ISO certification from TV Nord signifies that PPS Food Industries has undergone a rigorous assessment to ensure that our manufacturing processes meet specific quality, safety and efficiency criteria, aligning with global best practices. Our Food Safety Policy

PPS Food Industries is committed to providing food products that comply with customer, ISO 22000/HACCP and regulatory requirements through the implementation of ISO22000/HACCP Food Safety Management System and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

We are committed to:

Identifying, analysing and controlling potential food safety hazards associated with the materials and process steps.
Implementing, maintaining and continually improving the Food Safety Management System and GMP at all levels and all times.
Reviewing the Food Safety Management System at planned intervals to ensure its suitability, accuracy and effectiveness.
Training and educating staff at all levels to instil food safety and hygiene awareness.
Ensuring effective internal and external communication, especially on meeting relevant food safety requirements.

Malaysian Halal Certification

PPS Food Industries products comply with Islamic dietary laws, ensuring that our ingredients and production process adhere to specific Islamic guidelines and standards, thus obtaining the Malaysian Halal Certification.

PPS Food Industries guarantees that each stage of the entire process of food manufacturing, from purchase to manufacturing to supply adheres strictly to halal requirements.
PPS Food Industries is responsible for taking corrective action or any other necessary action, including recalling the product in the market, if deemed necessary.

Malaysia Food Act 1983 and Food Regulations 1985 (MeSTI)
